My background is as a teacher but I never ever liked the rigidity of state schools so I spent a lot of time searching for other ways of empowering others (and hopefully myself a bit along the way). I trained in many different therapies and approaches... It took me a long time to surrender to the simplicity and depth of Metamorphic Technique and let my life force move me rather than my head. When I do, my life is clearer, more efficient, more creative and productive. It is a returning to my true self.

I love doing Metamorphic Technique and I love teaching it. The practice is simple but is has tremendous depth. One of my other passions is my meditation practice and I find great parallels in the insights I gain from that practice and Metamorphic Technique.

Going beyond the mind to a more direct experience of oneness.

That is hardly surprising because ultimately all paths lead us back to the same place but what is great about Metamorphic Technique is that it is a simple no-brainer way of getting there.
